Considering the economic situation in Zimbabwe, many Zimbabweans have reacted with astonishment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>85% of Zimbabweans are unemployed, up to 80% of transactions are carried out in foreign currency mainly the US dollar being at the forefront, because lack of confidence of the local currency. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mthuli Ncube was appointed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa in 2018, this speaks volume because they all cut from the same cloth, only misguiding and having corrupt policies to suit themselves. This award is an insult to Zimbabweans.
